SELF INVENTORY 

We all make apathetic changes, beauty up keep, exercising the body and  eating the correct fuels, all very Important, components to a healthy , good lifestyle and quality.

What many of us struggle with is, our inner being, character defects, fears harms to self and others,the spirit and soul, many of us have relied upon exterior activities and substances or  extremities

with attempts to fill that broken hole which no matter how much of the temporary solutions, usually plastering wounds for today, yet tomorrow back with a vengeance.

Quite often years and a build up of toxic emotional baggage, resentment, fears, anger, defects, shortcomings, the fear, driving ego, and it's work mate's, pride, self esteem, prestige, steeling courage and self confidence and identity along the way.

Sometimes as cognitive patterns help us, also in the wrong way keep us sick, controlling our emotions and thinking into stinking thinking and self critic,, powerlessness, and unmanageability.

Whats usually required is, evidence someone like you once, now lives rent free in their head, they have been  shown the  key stone.

They have recognised after year in year out, then trying to make the changes, but exterior, different temporary solutions, from alcohol to food or maybe shopping some relationships or toxicity all quick fixes for today which fail by tomorrow and by then you have acquired more damage and shame guilt and remorse.

It will be shown, told and you experience if not too late that, it's a inside job, to start one needs to surrender, accept another suggested method which evidence is present.

This is what our one to one and option of group unity, coupled with a house clearance called self inventory will set one in the suggested road of organic, spiritual recovery and a life of serenity and sharing this clarity to the next you.
